Temple Square & Church History Museum

 We visited Temple Square with my cousins Nathan and Jennifer.

This is the actual letter handwritten by Willard Richards proclaiming the prophet's murder; and the pocketwatch that was in John Taylor's coat that stopped the bullet... what a miracle... he would be the 3rd President of the church! I love that story.

This is a piece of paper with Pres. Hinckley's scribbled notes for a talk. Pretty nifty!! "The proof is in the pudding" - I can just hear him saying that. He is such a cool guy. (I really want to name a baby Hinckley but Rychen won't let me.)

We had so many choices of what to do with the kids in Salt Lake!! But Rychen P. is so interested in space right now, so we decided to go to the planetarium.

Grandma Diane wanted to throw Elisabeth a little party in Salt Lake with Laura's girls, so they played some balloon games. It was Sunday and we couldn't go shopping so I had to think on the fly to come up with a cake! Here's my beautiful creation!

I love how cute this is. She is standing and just grinning while we all sing Happy Birthday to her!

Congratulations Joseph & Averi Gremlich!

Rychen P, Elisabeth, and Taylor have a new aunt!! That is always exciting. My little brother found a wonderful, sweet woman to take to the temple for time and eternity. We are so happy for them!

Western US Temple Tour

On our trip we decided to stop at all the temples we passed and do an ongoing "temple tour." Here are our photos, including Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, Boise, Logan, Brigham City, Salt Lake City, Draper, Mt Timpanogos, Oquirrh Mountian, West Jordan, Bountiful, Provo, Provo II, [Reno was visited last year] and Portland not pictured.
